We value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a high-quality IPTV experience. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Full Refund – Within 3 Days

You can request a 100% refund within the first 3 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason.

🔄 50% Refund – Within 3 Months

If you exceed 3 days and are not satisfied with the service, you can still request a 50% refund within 3 months. Note: You must provide a convincing reason for the request.

🚫 No Refunds After 3 Months

Refunds are not available after 3 months of subscription activation.

⚠️ No Refunds in Cases of Fraudulent Activity

To protect our service from abuse, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Event-based misuse: Buying a subscription to watch a specific match or event and requesting a refund immediately after.
  • Frequent refund requests: Customers who repeatedly purchase and request refunds.
  • Sharing or reselling accounts: If an account is detected being shared or resold, refunds will not be processed.
  • Violation of Terms of Service: Any misuse of our service that goes against our terms may void your refund eligibility.

🚨 Important Payment Rules

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these payment guidelines:

  • No IPTV Mentions Allowed: Do not mention “IPTV” or any related terms in any payment description. If a customer includes “IPTV” in the payment details, their subscription will not be activated, and they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • PayPal Friends & Family Only: Payments via PayPal must be sent as “Friends & Family.” If the payment is sent as a business transaction (“Goods & Services”), it will be rejected, and no refund will be provided.

  • Refund requests must be made through WhatsApp or email with proof of payment.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Our team reserves the right to decline refunds if fraudulent activity is suspected.
